I have an case which I gave to Bierens. They say that in 95% of the cases they will solve the case without going to court. I supposidly am part of the 5 percent where they were supposed to go to court. Asking me to pay 1800 euros for that. They have send 2 letters to the company which owes me money. They called a few times without succes as that company refuses to pick up so they gave up. Or maybe not, and just said that and took all the money they owed me and telling me just, we terminated everything. So they gave up very easily.

Be sure to read the general terms and conditions carefully (especially whether your general terms and conditions are sufficient), they require extra high costs and if a debtor is smart, he does not agree with this because they have their own thoughts about this which are not in accordance with the rules.
Communication is also very blunt, so definitely not recommended for both creditor and debtor.
