They did a small job at my place through another party. That was fine in itself. Only at the same time my father's thermostat broke (this was a week or a half before Christmas). When calling for the first time, just before the Christmas holidays, they indicated that the part had been ordered, but the delivery time was long. Called myself at the beginning of January and I would be called back, did not happen. Called myself again and was told again that the part could not be delivered from Italy. Called again in mid-February: Part was still not in, could not make a statement. Asked what the alternative was, she would inquire, had no more response. Called the day before yesterday from a plumber who did some small things for us before. Immediately visited our dad, photos were sent to grohe and was just on the sidewalk with the right part and our dad can finally take a hot shower again after more than 2 months. Only had to be 2 days. What a failure!
