Extremely rude and aggressive driver. After having cancelled the ride, he still showed up. When I tried to explain that I had cancelled the booking and that I would call the company to clarify. He said “you will do sh*t”, insulted me in Dutch and threw my luggage on the floor - all this while I was holding my 15 months old daughter. From the reviews i see that they often don’t show up or are unreliable... so it’s okay to do leave clients stranded but then not when it happens to them... there you have a taste of your own medicine... I used taxileader and they had very good prices, punctual and friendly. Don’t use Them if they are unable to vet their staff properly and ensure that their conduct themselves decently.

Reserved a taxi, didn't show up. Called their operator to find out that the driver decided to pick up someone else. There are plenty other taxi services out there, won't bother with this one again

Don't forget anything in cab #1236!!! I forgot my phone on the front passenger seat while I was unloading the stroller and luggage, and my wife had to take care of our 2-month old baby. I realized it right when the driver was leaving and called my number 5 minutes later from my wife's phone. The call already did not go through anymore (even though battery was full). The most obvious conclusion is that he directly took out the SIM Card and made sure the phone was not tracable. I know TCA has a lot of cab driver and they cannot make sure everyone is honest, but I am still very disappointed, especially since I had pictures of my newborn baby in it that I hadn't backed up yet. The lost and found hotline was very helpful though, they called the driver several times, but he said of course he did not find any phone, even though we made clear that there are pictures of senitmental value on the phone and we offered a reward. That is the only reason I give two stars. Not saying many of their cab drivers are like this, but just make sure you be careful with number 1236.

Good team and helpful when you forget something in a taxi

Would love to give no stars at all. I ordered two taxis by phone. The first one arrived and drove away in front of my nose with another person that just stepped in. When I asked the driver if he is my taxi, he denied, although the tracking on my phone said he is. The second taxi just didn't arrive and cancelled the trip 1 minute before he arrived. So big thanks to TCA.
