Always fantastic here. Needed peice of mind with metal in my tyre took less than 15 mins. Thanks. Update brought my car in again under the Privilege Pas as my coolant was at min when cold despite being full last time I checked 6 months ago. Left knowing my car has no leaks and topped up told to keep checking. Great service again Thanks

(+) Service call made on the spot without making prior appointment. Big thanks for that. (-) You stand and wait for minutes and minutes, while multiple staff at the desk are looking at you or walking by. Any acknowledgement of your presence would make a big difference. Instead, other people coming in after you and just attacking the desk are being dealt with! When eventually you 'interrupt' them fed up with waiting, no word of 'thanks for waiting', 'sorry we were busy', nothing... I really felt like turning around and never coming back. I think front desk team members could benefit for sort of "meet & greet the customer" training.

Nice and big showroom. But I vowed never to buy a Ford anymore after so many problems.
