Ordered a special item whilst being in the UK. Customer service was very friendly and helped me out within an hour. Product arrived the next day with a friendly note and some general advise. Extremely pleased with my first encounter with these guys.
Having recently moved to NL from the UK I was finding it hard to search the various detailing websites as, obviously, the sites I was searching were in Dutch and as I'm yet unable to read Dutch it was posing a major issue. I messaged Vinnie via FB and asked if I could order directly through him as I was unclear how to order through the website. I was greeted with a very gracious reply and was walked through the process step by step. The level of customer service was astounding for my small order.
Car Care Nederland will without a shadow of a doubt be my go to resource for my detailing supplies in NL now.
