Think carefully before renting here! You can always contact me if you would like a good substantiation and hear how Regus is doing. I would be happy to give you a detailed explanation about the Regus office. Brief summary: - Doubling of rent in case of shortage (from EUR 690.00 per month to EUR 1361.00 per month); - On departure and after 4 years of loyalty you will get another kick after as "Termination fee of EUR 440.00"; - Compulsory internal relocation when obtaining another destination of the office concerned; Office: - Coffee is good; - very small kitchen; - Dirty toilets at the beginning of the afternoon (possibly due to many visits from different companies to the office); - Little light; - Bad ventilation; - Very busy with regard to and influx of people; Message: Contrary to my previous review, I am now going to mention to you something very unpleasant about Regus. This review is written by a tenant who has been a Regus Tilburg customer since 2014. In 2014 we became a tenant at Regus. We eventually expanded into two spaces. Both this office and our new office can be reached 24-7. Coffee is good, but rates are totally contrary to what the market has to offer. To begin with, we paid EUR 690.00 per month (excluding VAT) for one of our spaces. Because Regus uses variable rates, the municipality was suddenly housed at Regus, we were confronted with a rent increase of almost 100% !! The rent increased from EUR 690.00 per month to EUR 1361.00 per month. The annoying thing about this is that as soon as you house your company, you adjust all registrations, addresses and business cards in such a way that a rental price increase of 100% is not acceptable. Even with proven loyalty of more than 4 years you get another kick after an invoice of EUR 440.00 termination costs. They will bring you in with all kinds of nice talks and proposals. Before you get started, think about it very carefully. I would therefore like to ask you before starting this to contact me. In this way I can let you do the talking with a number of dissatisfied tenants.

Poor air conditioning and mainly dark rooms. Not a nice feeling as a young entrepreneur.
