Do not meet appointments time after time. Counterproductive, it costs more energy than it produces. Poorly accessible by telephone. You have to sit behind yourself. Information that I should have received at the first interview was given to me much later. I was told that I was not allowed to call the service telephone if I was sitting with something. Where do you go? When your staff address their responsibilities and agreements, they are hurt. Logged in for guidance at the end of July, now (beginning of January) it still does not work. If you want help, do not look for it here!

Many problems with the manager do not have their affairs in order and they do not often check

From the HOZ (recovery supporting care) method, the supervisors try to give you the best possible support in the way that works best for you. Very satisfied. Hopefully more and more organizations will follow this method and in this way the own direction (self-determining what is necessary for recovery) will increasingly come first.
