Terrible experience, total lack of professionalism. Different technicians give different advice. Nobody is hold accountable for their checks and reparations. I had a gas leak for months that costed me over 500€ and there was no way to find an agreement for at least partial reimbursement of the damage caused.

If it were Tegro, my family would have been out in the cold for 5 days. Fortunately Gaswacht thought differently and did what Tegro did not want to do: solve the problem the same day.
