Terrible experience, total lack of professionalism. Different technicians give different advice. Nobody is hold accountable for their checks and reparations. I had a gas leak for months that costed me over 500€ and there was no way to find an agreement for at least partial reimbursement of the damage caused.

"... Tegro, as a concept since 1967 ..." This is how the introductory text on the website starts. I personally think that the customer-friendly of this company is indeed 53 years old. If it were Tegro, my family would have been out in the cold for 5 days. Fortunately Gaswacht thought differently and did what Tegro did not want to do: solve the problem the same day. Me, bad company
