Lied by the doctor about my cat's injury and the associated costs. My cat will have his jaw broken in several places, so handsome hitting all answer or opinion without the beast. So they should take a picture but they could see little or nothing on it. Yes then we will have to operate because then we can see what exactly is there and then we can help you. These costs would come to € 1700, - Excl. after treatment. And yes that's my cat worth to me, despite the amount we were told anyway but just drove to another clinic. And yes there was, after a second opinion we got to hear at this clinic, the doctor felt he was dislocated. A painkiller home, trying to feed the first night because it was still sensitive. Now just another healthy and playful cat at home.

At the end of July 2014, our 7-month old dog Buddy was hit by a car on our own yard. That was shocking! It didn't seem serious. The deputy vet gave us medication, but they didn't help enough, because after a few days Buddy ate less and less and hardly moved. The deputy vet referred us to the veterinary clinic in Berkel-Enschot to have an X-ray taken. The photo clearly showed that Buddy had a pelvic fracture. What now? We were told very clearly what that was exactly and what the possibilities were. We decided to have an operation and it would be performed the same day or at least the next day. The day after, after a phone call, we were allowed to pick up Buddy. We received good information and advice about what and how with regard to medicines and aftercare. After 2 weeks we went back to the veterinary clinic. The wound looked fine and the stitches were removed. Four weeks later another X-ray would be taken. On this we saw the plate with screws that was placed in Buddy's bowl. That remains in it, because everything recovers well. In short; Thanks to a professional operation, very good treatments, clear explanations and advice for all care, our Buddy now walks, runs and jumps around happily and eats a lot.
