Come back at least once a week because there is something wrong with the braces and then hear that it is the fault of your child. Very much focused on money. Being treated rude and very unprofessional. We certainly do NOT recommend this ortho.
Poor service, very money-oriented, too often ignorant treatments and also very poor range. A practice that I certainly wouldn't recommend.
Super bad that's all I can say
In 2015 my brace was removed at orthobest, (rude, long wait) ... now my splint comes loose every six months. Let me fix my splint at the dentist every six months. Been a request from the dentist to the ortho. My splint was fixed here (which I also have the dentist do every time) but was not helped. I had to wait 1 month until I could go to the ortho. The only answer I have so far is that I may come back again next week ... a waste of time
Most who work there are very rude and don't even know what they are doing. And if you indicate that they hurt you, they just ignore you. I think they are more focused on making money than helping people.
