My experiences are not too good to be honest. I have also made this known before, unfortunately nothing was done with this by the practice itself. I was treated annually by the dental hygienist who works within the practice, she has always done an excellent job on my teeth. The same week that I had a one-hour treatment with the dental hygienist, I also had an appointment with dentist van Gorp. Which then sent me an invoice with costs for the 10 min. Removal of dental plaque. I made it known that I did not understand this, because I was under the impression that this had already been done extensively by the dental hygienist earlier that week. When I approached him about this, the explanation was that a wrong code was probably entered when drawing up the invoice. This invoice was not subsequently adjusted. On the next visit I was asked how many “sweet moments” I had per day. After answering this, the dentist told me that 7 times a day Max. is recommended so that your enamel has a chance to recover. Suddenly this was mentioned on the invoice as “preventive consultation”. And it cost me more than 25, - extra. The way in which the invoices were raised and the explanations I received for this did not suit me at all. A previous conflict as described below has been treatment by a dentist, after which I ended up in hospital. Furthermore, the financial obligation to your practice that I refused to pay is precisely the invoice I describe above. That this is not described in your file does not surprise me. Over the years I have been late for an appointment several times. The fact that my positive attitude does not apply to your practice in this case is indeed demonstrable and correct. The declarations on the invoices speak for themselves. As far as I am concerned, this review is separate from “all care providers who dedicate themselves to, among others, me”. It is a pity that you choose to make this a mud-throwing moment. I am also very satisfied with my current dentist at the moment.

My 10 year old daughter had two molars pulled and was very anxious and tense. She has an extra need for clarity. Dentist Van Gorp was very empathetic and at the same time limiting: exactly what she needed. Due to his expertise, the teeth were drawn in no time and with a touch of humor, as always! We greatly appreciate this, as well as the friendliness of the employees. A TOP practice!

I am not a big fan of dentists like many people, but have never had much trouble going here, do their work (as far as I can judge) well
