Nice experience! Such a Smartje. I booked a car for my birthday and could do my stuff with it. No catch. nice and affordable and just good
Unfortunately. Must now conclude that renting a smart is not so smart. Payment is easy.
But then it comes. You have to move heaven and earth to get your paid deposit back. Do promise. Even received an email saying that the deposit has been refunded. With the accompanying excuses that all kinds of things went wrong. Etc. I understand that, but in the end I did not receive my deposit of € 150.00 after 4 weeks. We wait a while. But it makes me a bit despondent. And then report it. Partly because employees of smart renting do not even bother to pay back.
Dear employees in Amsterdam, honest and very helpful. I returned my deposit within 24 hours and was treated very friendly.

Not a good experience so far. I registered yesterday because I need a car for this winter period.
Some documents were still missing so I sent them early.
Called several times today no response.
Unfortunately. I'm going to look elsewhere now.
I am very satisfied with this friendly company, they are often there for you, good service and fast switching.
