Since the beginning of this year I have been planning to place a crown and have already canceled appointments twice in November because the dentist is ill. I have already indicated that I am also busy with my training and cannot just make a new appointment. Get "annoying for you can't do anything about corona" every time. The previous treatment with a mouth hygienist was very unpleasant and no explanation was given, while I am used to it very differently. UPDATE: Dental clinics has contacted. Explanation and solution were discussed. I changed my ratings to 3 stars because she did listen to me and is participating in the criticism.

This practice has skilled personnel, but In these types of large chains, it is all about the profit for the shareholders. While there used to be a certain leniency among independent dentists, it is now hard to find in these types of practices. Several times we have had to pay for expensive consultations without even looking in the mouth. If you only change a few words With the dentist and nothing else happens, you will feel heavily cheated when you have to pay amounts of 40 Euro. There is no workable against that.

I do not recommend Dental Clinics. Agreements are not kept and the turnaround time for placing a brace is absurdly long. EDIT: Although I still believe the lead time is long and the way the appointments were canceled was wrong, I adjusted the rating based on the conversation that took place. This indicates that criticism is taken seriously.

Super expensive periodontal examination must pay (10 minutes of work) for 400 euros (!). Plus super expensive bill for cleaning choose. Yes, this falls under the government's statutory price fixing. Don't want to say it was necessary (my pockets didn't turn out to be deeper than 4). Requesting the file took weeks and took several emails. I went to another, and because as the 'normal' rate is used for cleaning of choosing, I just now pay back 75 per treatment. Moreover, the cleaning was not carried out properly and I had to have the treatment transferred to someone else.
