Very rude in the call.

Really not nice, I am a foreigner and I was new to Dutch at the time, which is why I did not know that I have to come for a check-up twice a year, and therefore I did not make an appointment and the dentist just said nothing about it. A year ago or so I had an appointment with them and then I forget to go to the appointment, I did make an alarm but maybe I didn't see it, I called to say sorry and that was 10 minutes after the appointment time, but then she was really angry and unkind and says to me that I will not be on time and also I will never come to the check (which I knew nothing about) therefore I am no longer a customer with them and that I am for another a dentist. Fortunately I am now really up to date with my new dentist and so are my children.

Today I had contact with the attending operator for an appointment concerning a broken molar. Zoiezo I would experience it more pleasant for the next time if I know who I spoke to. I also personally do not like that if I call for an appointment then I am read the lesson for the fact that I have not been for some time. After all, I call for an appointment, I am happy. I also pay nicely for that 1 star for the receptionist, but fortunately she could still make an appointment, she deserves an extra star! Now wait for the further visit.

Dentist Sanders had since childhood. Switched temporarily because I thought, a dentist closer to home is easier, but I quickly regretted this decision. Back to her within 1 year, I like to drive to Eindhoven for it. She recently repaired my front tooth several times, until it was perfect. She hears what you say and works with you until you are 100% satisfied. A top dentist!

For years my dentist and very competent. My son doesn't dare go anywhere, but Esther reassured him that he took his time and he didn't even mind going back despite having to pull teeth. Nothing like praise. What a "people person"! I like to drive to Eindhoven for it.
