I walked in and from behind a desk, in the back of the room, I was asked if they could help me, not get up properly or something. I asked if they represented / sold houses in certain cities and I was laughed at. I was not taken seriously and it was also lied to me that there had been no owner-occupied houses in that city lately, while I had a visit through Funda almost every week. What a terrible people here! Don't come here!

Called the office about selling our house. Got a young man who seemed to hardly feel like talking. I got a vague and unclear answer to every question I asked to get some clarity. He also could not put me through to broker. According to him, this was not at the office and would call me back if I left my phone number. I have done that. Nothing heard from back yet.
