Excellent preparation done by Lucille for our tour of Sardinia. After making our wishes known, three alternative trips were worked out. Our wish not to fly at night and at night was also arranged including our boarding passes for both the outward and return journeys. The rental car was well insured and we were able to drive with two drivers without hassle or additional payments at the landlords. Handing in the car at another airport, like where we landed, was also hassle-free. The three hotels were fine and well located. At the somewhat early departure from our last hotel, coffee was arranged for breakfast time plus a breakfast package for the trip. Compliments for the perfect arrangement of our trip and not only for us but also our friends, it is certain that in the future we would like to use Lucille again for our holiday trips.

We (Leo and Elly Ringeling with Hennie and Harry Jansen) have made a fantastic tour in Andalusia put together by LucilleReizen. We visited Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, Marbella, Mijas and Malaga. We stayed in great hotels in the center of the cities. Lucille has compiled the journey for us, named the sights and added information about this, arranged the rental car and arranged the flight tickets / boarding passes for outbound and return flights. We are very satisfied with the personal explanation and involvement of Lucille. If we are planning a next tour, we will certainly rely on Lucille and will certainly recommend her to our circle of friends.

Lucille has super arranged the holiday for us! Everything was clear beforehand, no surprises during the holidays. Friendly and quick answers to questions come up with great ideas and suggestions that you don't always think about. So definitely a must if you want a carefree holiday. We have made a comprehensive trip to Canada this year. To book this trip ourselves seemed very complicated as it consisted of a number of parts. A cared-for part by an organization in Canada, followed by an event elsewhere in Canada and a holiday a la Fly-Drive again somewhere else in Canada. Lucille has taken excellent care of this by arranging the various components and then booking them at various organizations. The connecting flights to and from Canada and a national flight were also booked by her on times and days when it was most convenient. Everything was taken care of by her including documentation and papers such as airline tickets, seats, hotel vouchers and rental car. Partly because of this, the holiday was a great success.

I called in Lucille (Feb 2019) after I found a nice hotel for a surprise trip to Ibiza town but it became too much hassle for me to arrange the flights. Lucille picked it up quickly and well, gave alternatives and options and came up with an offer that I accepted. Later she came by with tickets and some goodies to live there already: nice gesture. The trip itself was hassle-free and a success. Lucille is going to arrange another trip for us later this year! Maanvlinderlaan, Eindhoven.
