I also have the same problem as Jaap !!! Cake ordered with name and even more decoration and when picking up it turned out that it is not correct according to order and you will be told (sorry forgot) and you will not receive an answer back on trial. I am certainly not robbing here anymore.

Ordered a great birthday cake for my daughter. We were actually too late, we thought, but what a great service! Madam was very friendly and delivered a really nice product !! highly recommended
