A bit small so they don't have everything that the bigger HEMA stores have. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

Saturday bought something. Went back Monday because it didn't fit. Unfortunately I could not find a receipt anymore. No compensation at all. They won't help you without a receipt. It is even indicated that a bank statement is not accepted as proof of purchase. With some will they could have searched it back in their cash register system. Clothing was not worn and it had Hema on it in large letters. For me a cold shower and they will never see us again. Characteristic why it goes bad with the Hema. Never had a problem with other things. We know us, except at the Hema.
