Had bad experience with insurance coverage after the sale and purchase of a 2nd car (ocassion). After years of being with one of the largest insurance companies, I switched to Zicht because of an attractive offer and policy conditions for all our insurance policies including our 2 cars. All insurance policies neatly placed with them. Once inside, the benefit that was offered to us more than a year later is simply canceled out by a premium increase for the insured motor vehicles. We had to pay more premium for the same car because we had bought another 2nd occasion for which the 2nd car discount scheme had suddenly stopped. They could no longer give a discount on 2nd car because the insurer had changed its conditions in the meantime. We do not find this way of doing business very reliable. Feel fooled by this. Visibility could unfortunately mean nothing to us after repeated requests.
