Am very satisfied with the services of Administratiekantoor Roel Hermans. Professional, personal contact, short lines and good advice. Big plus are the programs that they work with: receipts we no longer need to keep but are forwarded to them via an app, invoices are sent by mail and are automatically imported and the administration can be viewed at any time via an online dashboard. Can anyone recommend this administration office!

As a former ambassador of this office and (still) existing customer, I would like (potential) customers to take in my experience: "Think before you begin". I have been a satisfied customer for a long time, I have even made several companies, but some mistakes have been made and agreements have not been fulfilled, which at some point resulted in some tough discussions and slowly but surely a breach of confidence on my part. Hereby I have indicated that I want to end the cooperation in the long term, as soon as a switch to another administration office is possible (you do not do this just like that). Shortly thereafter came the surprising announcement (see below) that he wanted to unilaterally stop the service or offer a price increase from approximately € 125 to € 450 pm. Both are according to his own General Terms and Conditions, website and game rules (price on based on the number of purchase invoices) and order confirmation not recorded / valid, There is also no cancellation period. My conclusion: the moment you are a critical customer who does not pay enough in his eyes, he changes his own rules. An administrative office must be reliable, solid and the foundation of an organization, but Roel Hermans has clearly failed in that. You don't change accountants quickly. Mail 1 concerns the unilateral cancellation (immediately) from his side, where "my threat" is sharing the customer experience and posting review (s), which is my good right as a customer. Understand that it is annoying for you, we clearly do not manage the administration of your sole proprietorship, should we continue the subscription on January 1, then the monthly amount is € 450, - ex VAT. If you are willing to pay this amount, we can talk about a continuation, otherwise it will really not work. If you would like to discuss this further, I will also show you a clear substantiation of how this € 450 is structured, it will not fall from the sky.
