Bought the sail, helped in the shop, made an appointment for measuring last Friday. Between 12 and 15 after 3 pm, hanging on the line twice for half an hour, no answer. When no one was given up to call at 4 pm. Nobody has been. As we speak I have been hanging as 1st again for 32 minutes now !!! On hold ....... no answer yet. Until now they do not keep an appointment and do not report themselves why they are not coming or new appointment ..... very unfortunate. Winkel has apologized for long waiting times and indicated that he is often alone in the shop, which means that waiting takes longer. Eventually he came to measure himself. Today was the day that the sail was laid. It's in it, but the walls are damaged and the tarpaulin cut crooked, leaving a mess. Photos have been sent to the store. Hope it will be resolved quickly and properly so that this story may have a more positive ending than this. What a disaster so far through carpetright!

Floor covering selected to cover the stairs. When asked whether they could also cover the stairs, the upholsterer who works for Carpetright had to be contacted first. Received an answer after two days: the upholsterer does not like the floor covering in question to work with and is not interested in covering an open staircase. So whether I wanted to do it myself or find someone else. Of course, every company must know for itself what service they provide, but depending on the whims of the people you hire does not seem like the right choice.

Very satisfied, well helped by Richard, well advised. Purchased a PVC floor and also laid by a good craftsman.
