They can change timings on their own without even informing a customer, and that too 30 mins earlier. Haven't seen such company any where.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICES, THEY CHANGE PICKUP TIME ON THEIR OWN AND DO NOT EVEN INFORM/UPDATE THE PARENT ABOUT THE CHANGE. GOD KNOWS ON WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM DO THEY WORK......

Don't get started! The appointment was a direct private taxi ride for 130.00 euros. Payment in cash in envelope. A collective ride with Omnibuzz was carried out, which would cost 7 euros. Return journey took more than 1 hour instead of 20 minutes! many stopping times. But € 130.00 collected and without bill or receipt! Company admits wrong, offers a meager fee of 20 euros. A breach of contract! It pays off to work with another taxi company, found on the internet, excellent service, correct payment and a lot cheaper than the € 130.00!

Worthless company. A transport company that does not consider safety to be of paramount importance. 2 weeks ago filed a complaint about dangerous behavior of a driver and no response yet. Avoid where possible.
