Service excellent! I bought an online computer set from Belgium, everything was delivered correctly and on time and the computer I bought was ok, so quality. Excellent service even after the sale for the smallest problem.

Excellent service from Alpha-shop. Bought a refurbished screen, unfortunately it had to be exchanged, but that was neatly solved by Frank. Very satisfied with the "new" screen. I can really recommend this organization to everyone and refurbished is not that bad!

Good experience with it. The computer I ordered is a very good and silent computer running Windows 10 smoothly. The cabinet looks neat. Windows is installed clean on it. Fine! The ordering process could be a little better, because I did not receive a confirmation, and although the delivery went well, I did not receive a shipping confirmation. With a phone call to Alpha-Shop I was kindly and very quickly helped, hats off!
