Repair according to agreement and within agreed term, but price lower and that is of course an unexpected windfall. Good turn and the shoes are very refurbished! Recommended, but that was actually already known.

I brought a day old shoe here last week hoping they could clean some grime. Sir said he could try and not make it worse than it was. Unfortunately, this has gotten worse than it was. the fabric is completely roughly sanded, the dirt is smeared everywhere instead of on 1 piece. I'm not getting any compensation and they don't want to fix this "bad thing" either I got into a discussion here where the gentleman turned his back on me and stopped listening. If they had said in advance that this was such a risk, I would have done it myself. I wouldn't bring your shoes here.
