First time contact with Maud pleasant and professional experience

Our five-year-old horse experienced difficulty in riding. The horse regularly swung its head when a handrail was requested. Veterinarian Maud Smedts has the mouth of the horse thoroughly investigated. She found that the horse had three wolf teeth. One of them was a blind wolf's tooth at the level of the layers / palate. The three teeth were removed. During the treatment, the wolf teeth were still stuck, and the blind tooth was stubborn. I am very satisfied with this vet. she has tackled this very professionally and with a lot of patience. She clearly knew what she was doing and had all the necessary material with her. The vet also gave us a lot of information about what she did. The three teeth were therefore successfully removed. When the vet informed afterwards, I was able to report that clear improvement was observed while driving. Great service!

Never seen such a professional. * First of all, she arrived on time, not like many people 10 minutes late, no: 5 minutes early. * A neat car with you, with neatly tended materials and tools. She herself also looked neat and tidy, in clean clothes, she radiates slightly differently ... * And then her trick; Have you ever seen an average horse dentist at work? Open mouth, hand in, grate, ready ... Well, that's not how Maud works ... !!!! Open mouth, rinse, feel, remove mirror, hook, food residues and dirt. All this with professional lighting to the back of the mouth. Explains very clearly what she finds, and lets you watch in the mouth without further ado. told what is needed and what she will do. Documents everything on site per horse separately digitally on the i-pad. * Does not rush her work, but takes extensive and ample time for her work, so that she can carry it out without haste and in a calm manner. * No nonsense woman with an enormous passion and drive for her profession. * What other "dentists" have screwed up in the past, she managed to tidy up again, without negative comments about her previous colleague (s). * Rightly a PROFESSIONAL. * An absolute must.
