My sister's cat (pet) has been helped again

After 14.5 years, our dog's body unfortunately indicated that it had been enough. Of course this happened over the weekend and we were referred (answering machine) to this clinic. During the telephone conversation it was indicated that they did not make home visits and we had to come to the practice. After I explained that he could not be lifted and that we had no transport, the woman told us to call another vet. Then I said "thank you" and hung up. Then my son's girlfriend called all practices, including (again) this practice. She also got this lady on the phone. This lady then said: "Mrs. just hung up", "the dog can still recover" and "I wanted to tell her she could call another vet". The vet she wanted to pass on was our own vet ..... who gave her number through the answering machine. #facepalm Our dog was dying, that was already clear, he just needed help to avoid unnecessary suffering. It was clear to our vet and he came on Monday and put him to sleep. As a vet you should have empathy for the animal. Our experience with this veterinary practice can therefore be called traumatic and certainly not recommended.

Despite the measures, they still take plenty of time to help you and examine your animal. Bo got all the attention.
