It is the doctor of our dog Dito for 13 years. We are satisfied and so is the dog and that is what matters.

Edit: So if you have a special animal in my case a ferret that you can't even take care of with an insulinoma and will even be treated for it in Utrecht! While I regularly drive past you, because we live in Stadskanaal Noord ourselves. And who needs this special instant food to stay alive, then you as a customer are not welcome? Because you have not been with you with my animal before, well sorry maybe you should have thought. There are also people who have not lived here very long or who already have treatment with a doctor and are unable or unwilling to switch. After all, I had to tell you on the phone that this food is going out. You could have known that yourself for a long time. And do you know why, as the owner of my animal, I even say on the telephone that I go to Lamgs in the neighborhood. Because it is a matter of life or death. And this stuff doesn't have to be bought on prescription, but can just be bought at the vet and COULD even be bought at the pets place .. but yes .. apparently you prefer to let your customers come for free, first call on the phone yes I still have at least 4 boxes. But no madam .. you can only look at 5 packs, because you as a customer have just told me the vet that it will be removed. what a bad thing this is. you call for bags of food that go out (which they themselves never knew) for your sick ferret. if you ask for a box, put it away neatly. when you arrive and you are told yes I can only sell you 5 bags ... well sorry! Do you let your customers come by for this? say that immediately. I'm glad I don't have you as a regular vet! fortunately there are other vets in Stadskanaal who will help.

Enjoyable vet practice. Professional and friendly veterinarian and assistants. Tight, clean waiting area and treatment rooms. Parking is usually available right in front of the door. Fair prices. Heartily recommended!
