At home I work with two monitors. Suddenly one screen remained black. Just a call to G-com and a friendly employee was at the door in no time. The defect was difficult to detect, because as a computer literate I had also messed up a few things. Ultimately, the problem was solved in a good way and everything is running again as usual. The service is, without exaggeration, excellent. I intend to remain a loyal G-com customer.

Had a fun and educational internship at this company, in the beginning little knowledge but I was able to learn a lot here from technology to dealing with customers.
