Ik heb afgelopen week via Bol een pc gekocht bij PCman en ik moet zeggen, ik heb zelden zo'n goede service gekregen. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was sowieso al dik in orde, maar ik dacht zelf even een oude harde HDD even te plaatsen, waarbij ik een aantal draadjes van het moederbord had losgetrokken.... Daarop PCman maar gebeld, en opgebiecht wat ik had geprobeerd, waarop mij werd verteld dat als ik de PC bij hun had gekocht, ze alsnog gratis de oude harde schijf wilden plaatsen. Bij aankomst ter plekke geregeld, daarbij ook nog een wifi adapter geplaatst, echt top! Ik ben helemaal blij, PCman is een aanrader, Service met een hoofdletter!

Nowhere in the area did they want to finish my pc except pcman. I was able to go straight there with the pc, not even a week later I was able to retrieve my pc completely assembled and installed. Pcman's communication is just perfect. I sent a few emails with questions in it and this was handled within 10 minutes and a response returned. I am very satisfied! Both the boss and the employees have a great passion for building PCs, this can also be seen. the employee considered it an honor to assemble my pc together with the geforce RTX3080. This company is definitely recommended! I will come back again for sure! Mvg david derksen

A nice PC for a good price. Furthermore, a very good helpdesk / service. Sent an email in the evening because I thought I couldn't connect my own hard drive, an answer the next morning at 9 am. Booting then went from the wrong disk, but after telephone advice now good. Also very nice people to communicate with.

Excellent help from this team of professionals. I went there with a computer not working, tired from having been sent from pillar to post for weeks by different companies / suppliers. And I came back very satisfied with a working PC. Class!

Good service. A while ago I asked to have a game PC put together for a very small budget. I mainly play racing games, especially Assetto Corsa, that game works fine. Now I have installed assetto corsa competizione and even such a game is running on my pc. I am very satisfied with my computer, if you tell the pc man which game you want to play on your pc, they can certainly put together a good pc for it.
