I can only highly recommend Dr. Shimansky, we bought a holiday home in a Droompark in the Netherlands through the house builder Somnium Recreatie B.V. We needed legal advice for this because fraudulent meshes with a system aimed specifically at investors from Germany. Things were promised that were never kept, documents withheld in my opinion were already malicious. Dr.Schimansky was fully involved in the case after a short time and explained tactically very clever chess moves and trump cards and brought them to the point. Absolutely quick and efficient as you would like it to be from a lawyer! We won the case! I have had a lot of legal disputes but she is the best I could get to know in her field!
