Not so pleased with this broker. He was the selling broker, with the purchase excellent in terms of contact and speed of response. But once the signature was put, this broker turned out to be no longer as customer-friendly.
Just before the inspection, we were told to do this in 15 minutes. Because the broker also had another agreement ..... obviously not agreed with this, luckily but because during the inspection we found a lot of household effects and junk from the previous occupant. After signing at the notary, it turned out that all containers were full to the brim. Complained about this, but zero response.
After two months the barn appeared to leak, broker called again, This one came along nicely to take pictures and would come back to it. After several emails no response, he did not give home. Until we were so tired that we threatened to file a complaint with the NVM, then the gentleman could suddenly respond.
Certainly not a company where I would like to sell my house myself.
Experience with Best Living as a purchase agent (R. Uit de Weerd) and mortgage application (B. Kamphuis) Pleasant communication, short lines and good guidance. We felt real appreciation as a customer. We are 100% satisfied.
Very pleasant and expertly assisted by Reinier and the rest of the team. He was critical, honest and thought along with us. Furthermore, he was easily accessible for our questions.
