What do I feel when I enter the See You yoga studio? A warm welcome, a beautiful space of peace and quiet. Total relaxation and especially quality time for my mind and body. For 2 years now I have been taking lessons with Jeannette de Jaeger to my great satisfaction. Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga, I enjoy every class. Jeannette gives a very nice lesson with her calm voice and listens to your wishes and takes into account your possible body complaints. For a while now my husband and my daughter have also been participating in the yin yoga class. A class that de-stresses you like other forms of yoga.
