Dear All, Be careful if you have an inspection done by keurhuis nederland. We are now 1.5 years later and are waiting for a hearing at the court. What happened and briefly summarized. we have bought a house and therefore had the most extensive inspection carried out. nothing special came out, but later it turned out that there were a lot of hidden defects. all in all well over 50,000 This company is hiding behind their fine print. it states THAT AND CONCERNS A VISUAL INSPECTION. In other words, they only see if they see something at first sight and they do nothing else. In the lower case, they indicate that it is thus visual and cannot be claimed in all respects. do you have a rotten roof? or foundation not good, or a subsidence or other major problems and they have not seen this. it is very difficult to hold the company liable. The Certificates they offer are therefore actually useless.
