TOP SERVICE!!!
Very sincere guy, helped me every way he could.
They said the phone would be there tomorrow, every day for a week until I was too tired to go by, but friendly staff.
Not a good experience. Went to this store for my phone, which no longer worked. They had assured me that they would start immediately and within three days they would call me. After a week, I haven't heard anything yet. I called them several times. When I stopped by, they said their phone was broken. A telephone store whose phone is broken ?! They also said that my screen had to be replaced. Very happy that I didn't do that. A few days later went to the Samsung service store, there were other complications. Also with Telecombinatie they did not close the back of my phone properly, so my guarantee no longer applied to Samsung. Not happy with this ...
A skilled, friendly man, who solved the problem within 3 minutes while the Vodafone / Ziggo in Wageningen, sent me away with non-working email.
Very professional approach, friendly and fast. He didn't even want a fee for it. I can't be beat anymore :)!
