Well made an appointment well in advance, but Mr. Sjabbens actually too early. He would call back in time to confirm the appointment, but did not do this. I called myself and would be called back the same evening, unfortunately that didn't happen either. Called again the next day, was told that they were very busy, asking if I could go on another day and had to call again that evening myself. Since I have to have a day off and thought I had made an appointment well in time, I had no intention of doing this. That evening heard from Mr. Sjabbens that they are very busy with holiday parks and that he might not make it with me. After indicating that I thought we had an appointment, he acknowledged this, but still didn't know if he was going to save it. He would call me the next day, or the day after. Unfortunately, here too he did not honor his appointment! His phone call has not been and I have not seen anyone from the Sjabbens company from Dwingeloo on the following working day, as agreed.
