As always excellent service by professional people. Our drain from the kitchen makes some complicated bends so that every few years the big chain has to go through. The only downside is that after the first half hour the costs increase, despite the fact that in terms of pure working time, the employee performed his actual work well within those 30 minutes. But yes, you talk about the house, the view and because of those little cows and calves he turned out to have been busy a few minutes longer than those 30 minutes, and he had to say to his own horror that it was going to be more in terms of costs unfortunately he can't do anything about the imperative automation on his tablet that keeps track of every second he's present. I think that is a shame, I think that the employee can take this into account a bit from 'the head office', because now he was a bit worried about it himself ...

Called 6 pm on Sunday evening about a blocked toilet. At 8.30 pm, the mechanic arrived within the set time. The problem appeared to be solved within 5 minutes with a plunger / plopper (which I did not have). Got some very useful tips from the mechanic! But to have to charge the full weekend rate for half an hour for this (company policy), I personally find a bit less customer-friendly ...

The blockage was expertly cleared by a friendly and knowledgeable young man. The only downside was that the problems were not resolved until the beginning of the evening, while the appointment was actually planned in the morning. But hey, that can happen.

A blockage on a Saturday morning. Were on the spot quickly and have solved the problem neatly.

Service: unclogging sewers. The 8:00 am appointment eventually became 11:30 am. Removed the paving, sawn down the drainpipe, destroyed the toilet drain behind the wall tiles. You can repair / restore this yourself. RRS bill for a blockage: € 1184, - Update: After a phone call asking if they didn't think it was expensive themselves, we got € 208 back from RRS. But € 976 is still a lot of money for a blockage.
