I am looking for help after a leak on our roof: First impression is not good. When answering the phone, it is said quite bluntly: can you call back later? Dazed, I say yes and put it down again. Fifteen minutes later (after a long ringing of the phone) a hurried lady answers the phone. The only sentences she says is: We are busy, not a hole left. Me: ehhh, what now? Can you recommend someone else to me? In a hurry she names 2 names and imposes again. Of course you can be too busy for new customers. Good for them. But the way I was spoken to continues to feel unprofessional.

Nyenhuis and Son came here through another client to solve our problem with a downspout. The downspout had once been rebuilt to accommodate a rain barrel, but had never been repaired. This had led to poor drainage of rainwater. This water remained in an unfortunate place, namely on our footpath. With a lot of rain we had a small swimming pool in our garden. Nijenhuis and Son have professionally removed the downspout, installed new ones and also completely re-tiled the footpath so that we can be sure that no rainwater has collected on our footpath. Gold service that earned this review. Kudos.

Work very carefully and take the time to do thorough work. Apart from the issue for which they come along, they are also alert to peripheral issues that may cause problems in the future and resolve them immediately (preventively). Very neat working posture too, since my laminate was neatly covered with a protective layer before they went to work and really leave the workplace neat. Top!

How nice that there are common professionals who come in this time when you need it urgently! We had a leak on the main water pipe and despite busy work, Nyenhuis immediately came by, carried out a professional repair and gave excellent advice! Top service!
