Badly maintained shopping center, dirty, crowded, afterall and leaks. Lifts often broken for weeks. Parking in the street has been broken up, 1 large construction site. The new AH has drip trays & buckets in many aisles and shelves. Very shabby. Loitering, lighting is very bad. Cheeky beggars who hardly speak Dutch, who look very sad and ask for money because children are hungry. In the evening get into an expensive (white license plate) car. The other beggar standing at Hema's side was behind the wheel, bizarre to see. He especially harasses the elderly if they do not give money. Known and has been harmed because he is so pathetic. Our advice: Go shopping elsewhere in a pleasant and safe way, skip the Sav.
