Carmen Perez was a fantastic dentist, unfortunately she no longer works here, I got a young male dentist who had to draw on a napkin to try to explain something because he couldn't tell in good Dutch, with an assistant that I actually only can be described as aunt sidonia who insisted on a root canal treatment while there was still feeling in the tooth and no inflammation.

February 2020 After having canceled 3 times due to severe flu, high fever for 2 weeks. They will send a bill of 45 euros for appointment failure. Objection rejected due to 3 x canceling an appointment in a short time. So just canceled every time. No understanding, no recovery wished, also dared to say on the phone again sick. Can't take that long. Also manager on the phone no concept very blunt. Now I will not come to another dentist here again. Also fillings that come off regularly. Sometimes make me wait in the waiting room for an hour. Can I also send you a fine? Due to work not good, all fillings that come off and money what you always catch for every appointment. Or call in advance that an appointment cannot take place?

So they call you 2x half an hour / hour in advance, when you have forgotten to write down your appointment and have not been notified of their own SMS service, they still want you to pay for your "reservation", ridiculous sewers and not recommended.

They take extremely good time for fearful people and they are very understanding. Very nice practice!
