Schomaker TV Audio Witgoed

Very bad experience !! I bring my Philips TV to schomakers with a software problem. A day later I am told that the motherboard is broken and will cost 300 euros. (3 year old TV) I therefore called Philips and explained the problem, Philips recognizes the problem and says that it is not the motherboard but a software problem ... file has been sent and TV is great again! When I pick up the TV, I complain that I was misdiagnosed by schomaker, which cost me almost 300 euros. But Schomaker started talking about the concern that there is also something wrong with it and to get all kinds of things that have nothing to do with my TV. I had to come up with a solution myself ... And no sorry nothing yet. They never see me in the store again.
