The workers there mock me as if I where a child. I am 22 years old and dont need someone to supervise me in my workers. I am also American and when I told the front employee he scoffed when I said I had no money yet for members. Then turned to the lady next to him and said "an American with no money, yeah right". Clearly they are more interested in treating there customers like children rather than providing them customer services and advice. Furthermore you dont get your money worth as when paying a full membership you are only allowed to use half of the gyms equipment on your own...

The service at this place was a great disappointment for me because I believed that my membership would allow me access to all facilities. However I was denied access to the 'cross box' which is the only place to do proper full up training if you don’t want to bang your head on the ceiling every normal rep, muscle ups are impossible to do there. I found out after being denied that there is a purchase one can make to use it, a premium membership sort of speaking; I have been denied after asking for such a product multiple times and not a single person thought of asking me if I wanted to maybe have a different membership or something. Poor businessmanship, to not supply a requested and clearly desired demand.
