December 19 sewer clogged and called this gentleman. was then quickly and satisfactorily resolved. However now (within 2 months) today; February 19 everything is hidden again. called this gentleman again. Mr. now indicates that he has private appointments today and that he cannot come today. he can't come by until tomorrow. I explain that we need someone now because we can't go to the bathroom! he has no alternative from someone who observes or something like that. I also mention that I expect this to be covered by the warranty. He indicates that I should call another company. I ask whether he will pay for the costs? then he invokes the warranty period of 2 months, which has now expired according to him (exactly 2 months!). I do not have to count on warranty or leniency, I quickly notice and he indicates himself. Available 24/7 on the site, but not for emergencies! he has a one man business and I just have to understand that. the site states otherwise, however. I obviously do not recommend this company! I don't think you can plan a blockage, and I think 24-hour service is part of a sewerage company. now we have to have another company clean it properly with extra costs.

Contacted late at night (weekend) due to. blockage, there was a very quick response and the next morning the problem was quickly and professionally resolved.

Professional service, I had a serious drainage problem, I called the sewer doctor with my hands in my hair. He didn't give up and the end result was perfect. My drainage has never been better.

Neat neat man with fantastic quality equipment, an absolute go-getter! I would recommend this man to anyone with sewerage problems !!

They have more than a week of waiting time. They want to come outside working hours, but then you have to pay extra.
