Worst experience ever.
They withdraw money from my account without my consent and when i asked for a refund they didnt even bother to communicate properly with me.
I love this gym. It's got a great vibe and just the right amount of space.
Great classes, lots of options. Very noisy, lots of stairs. Free self-serve coffee, tea and flavored water. Childcare is every morning 9-12, for one session 1.5 hours. There is a fantastic childminder every day except for Wednesdays and Sundays. I have complained 3 times about the lack of professionalism of the one on Wed & Sun and I don't leave my kid with her.
UPDATE: the great childminder is more only Fridays. I hardly ever need childcare anymore so I can't speak to the quality of the other days. UPDATE 12/12/2018: The childcare staff have all changed since my last update. There is one person who seems to be there Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday who is very nice.
Big, cheap and full of space and useful tools. Nice showers and changing rooms.
This one is the best SportCity in Leiden. The place is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere and music is good. There are everything i need for exercise.
