The gym in Leiden where you let your child work out! Children from the age of 4 learn to play around safely and playfully, work together, deal with competition elements such as winning and losing and thereby develop their physical capabilities. Both for daring kids and insecure children. For this you can choose from judo (playing and throwing) and sodurado (playing and throwing, but also self-defense and kicking and bumping). Budokan Leiden also offers the more traditional aikido (Tomiki style) for slightly older children. Groenesteeg 107, entrance at the Kaarsenmakersplein to the parking lot.
