After a previous pleasant cooperation we have again opted for spot brokerage. And again we can be very satisfied. We received financial clarity in advance about the costs to be incurred. The presentation is very neatly done! A photographer came to visit who had everything down to the last detail. We have received a good price above expectations for our home. Partly thanks in part to the efforts of Stip Makelaardij. Thanks !

This broker is only out for money !!! We have negotiated a house and confirmed it in writing. However, this broker has negotiated with other buyers to get a higher price. Please note, we had already confirmed an agreement by email. All he had to do is draw up the contract. But instead he sends an email a few days later that he has accepted another offer !!! So this broker is absolutely not to be trusted !!!
