Unheard of this, the seller accepts your offer, both the buying broker and the sales broker (Arie) congratulate you. After that, the best Arie does not respond to the mails and phones of your purchase broker. While they are at the office (Wekker) the next day preparing your contract, you get to hear from this best man that a higher offer has been made. You would expect a 'broker' to do some ethical business. Thanks Arie
