Wessel immediately gave us clarity at the first appointment. About our options, costs and the purchasing process. This gave us the confidence to choose him and it turned out to be a good choice. Wessel communicates clearly, is easily accessible and has an eye for detail. Both when viewing homes and when going through the official documents. For example, he corrected errors in the documents of the notary and the selling party. We are very satisfied with the service he has given us and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Buying a house in Amsterdam turned out to be a jungle, so we were looking for a buying agent. After looking at various options, we chose Wessel. We have never regretted this! Wessel has manifested itself as a knowledgeable broker who is well orientated and informed, deepens himself, gives realistic advice and actually turned out to be a true partner in the entire process. In addition to his expertise, also a nice person to have contact with, really a people person. Certainly looking at the price he eventually asked; other acquaintances of ours have more than paid more for the same (or even less) service. Recommended!

We had a great experience with Wessel. Apart from the knowledge that Wessel has about the locations, homes and the like, we found it particularly pleasant that he could get the emotion out of it. We were really in love with the house and willing to outbid (a lot). Wessel has guided us well and thanks to him and his advice we have actually received our dream home without too much to offer!
