From the first telephone contact, the people at KewoDak calmly expressed their knowledge. Without having seen the roof in advance, they indicated, based on my experience, what the possible causes of the leakage problems could be. Eventually, after a thorough inspection of Wim, received a quote by email, don't be alarmed by the price: it can be higher than other providers, but you pay for something, among other things. Dakmerk's 10-year warranty After careful consultation, the job was scheduled, this took a bit longer, but I think that many people here also had to work from home. It seems very expertly done and I heartily recommend Kewo for a good and professional roof renovation.

Roofers Kewo are clear in their communication, are honest when it comes to changes about work and the contractor Eric is very cooperative and helpful

Zero stars! Red thread of this company (as confirmed in other reviews); - Do not keep agreements - Not responding at all - Make empty promises Have an intake quotation done for our VVE in Amsterdam in June 2020. Kewodak indicated that it would submit a quotation for the new roof within 3 weeks. Thereafter: - Called Kewodak July 2, they would come back the same day. No reaction - Emailed July 3 with Kewodak. No reaction - Emailed July 8 with Kewodak. No reaction - July 29 Kewodak mails (27 days after my first question). Kewodak; "Question is off and hope to come back for my vacation, but may not work out" - 11 Aug emailed with Kewodak. No reaction - Emailed Sept. 7 with Kewodak. No reaction Also called a number of times to both the general number and the employee who came to take the quotation. They would come back the same day. However, no response! In the meantime it has been October 8th and no response has been heard from Kewodak! Kewodak is completely UNRELIABLE, DOES NOT COMPLETE AGREEMENTS, MAKES LOOSE PROMISES AND DOES NOT FULFILL AGREEMENTS! @Kewodak - It would also be totally unfair to respond to this review saying "Unfortunately it was busy due to holidays, we were waiting for other parties or due to Corona". You are not responding at all! Other reviews: "Do not respond at all to a request for a quote for replacing the bitumen and installing a sedum roof." "We commissioned this company Kewo Dak 3 to 2 years ago, with prior agreements about work in the quotation. but before long they were lax over and over again and did not keep their promises. "

We wanted solar panels on our roofs, but these turned out to be very bad. Online contact and Kewo dak has tackled that energetically. Kewo or the Dakmakers (as they always say) have kept the nuisance on the roof to a minimum and even helped the solar panel company with the crane. Communication went well, we even got photos of the new roof and agreements made with contractor Erik Wolfswijk were fulfilled. Very satisfied.

2 years ago when I bought my house I had the roofs of my barn, extension, roof and balcony renewed by Kewodak. I was looking for a reliable party with a guarantee. This is because the previous residents and a couple of both hired people who had placed the roof covering on my balcony so high that with 1mm of rain my windows were under water. Because I work more at home due to corona and I saw more and more moss on my balcony, I went for an inspection. As it turned out, the water on my balcony remains and does not run towards the drain. There are clear height differences in the roof covering (drain side is the height point) see photos) In August I called Kewo and a few days later someone came by. He did not know my situation and indicated that there was a hole. He indicated that this was because the insulation layer under the roof covering was not properly sloped and if I had it replaced there would be no problem. He did not know that I also had the insulation layer replaced during the renovation assignment. So if that's the problem then as far as I'm concerned Kewo is responsible for recovery. After his visit it became quiet from Kewo and I had to call several times for a solution. They no longer knew who had come by and everyone was busy or working. Eventually I got the responsible foreman on the phone. He himself was not at the renovation because it was carried out by hired roofers. When I told the story he immediately said '' it is not the insulation but the concrete layer underneath, which has collapsed so that your water does not run away ''. I find it very strange that you come to his conclusion without having been there. If there is already subsidence, which is not the case, because I had my house inspected for technical reasons. Then that would certainly have been noticed during the renovation and they should simply have put more insulation material on the supposed sagging point. After insisting he said he would come by. He was due to visit on September 18. He called off the day before and said he would call Monday, the 21st, to arrange a time for Tuesday, September 22. Of course I have not heard from him again. After repeatedly leaving callback requests I am still waiting. Because Kewo is affiliated with a trade association, I am now considering submitting my complaint there and having an independent party judge this, since Kewo does not offer contact and no solution. Very unfortunate because I am satisfied with the other activities .. Edit after owner response: I called Kewodak, Frank was not there, I left a callback request. Edit 2: the performer has visited. Sticks to the story that it must be due to the concrete layer and that the roofers follow the subsoil and therefore the water remains. To my question whether before they are going to lay the roof also look at the surface and check with a spirit level whether it is good, the answer was that this is not done. I will now submit my complaint to the disputes committee and see what they think.
