Making an appointment with the dentist went quite smoothly. That was nice. My son, however, did not dare to sit in Mr. Appelman's chair. In my opinion, this dentist made little effort to put him at ease. He also filled in our story. He had already figured out who we were and how we would deal with dental care. This resulted in a pedantic, sour monologue. When I explained that my son needed some help and kindness, Mr. Appelman replied that this is not his specialty. As a child I experienced my dentist as pleasant. My dentist was friendly and cheerful, explained everything to me and put me at ease. I wish my son such a dentist too. I believe that this attitude is simply part of the profession and not a specialty.

Have a "hate" to dentists but these are nice people who help you well, highly recommended!
