Telefoon reparatie Den Haag iPhone - Samsung scherm Telefoonmaken.nl

I was in dire need to swap out the battery of my Samsung Note 8 for a new one, I called them up the day before and they said that i should come over at 10 am tomorrow so that they could fix it, i arrived at 10:30 and the colleague who would fix the battery wasn't there. I gave them my phone number and asked them to call me up when the colleague arrives. I went out to eat breakfast and an hour later i still hadn't heard anything from them. I called them up and they said he just arrived. So back to the store i go. I drop my phone off and come back again at 1:40 The phone was "fixed" but they didn't even charge it a bit to see if the battery works. On the phone the day before they said that it would be €65 everything included. I got my phone back in the the store and it was €80. Of course that isn't too big of a difference but I'm still really not happy to be lied at.. Just like the fact THAT THE "NEW" BATTERY THAT THEY PUT IN MY PHONE IS WORSE THAN THE ONE I HAD BEFORE. They told me that there was an "authentic" and "real" samsung battery in it. I didn't pay 80 bucks just to get scammed?! The amount of time it empties in is ridiculous. I have to walk around with powers banks and a charger everywhere!! I will go to the store again this monday and tell them everything about this. Because i don't want this to happen again to anyone. Hopefully they will fix my battery and actually put a real one in this time.

Great employee who fixed my phone within 5 minutes for free. Prices are good for what they offer and the service is nice.

Love this place... my phone screen was showing all these colors and was tripping, the man changed the screen and everything was back as normal ! Although my home button (iPhone 6) is a little loose...
